In-house reprogramming can be performed when requested. We utilize non-integrating methods like Sendai virus or episomal reprogramming.

CRISPR is a highly efficient genome editing tool that can be applied to your human iPSC line of choice. Using this technology, disease models can be derived from healthy human iPSC lines via knock-in, knock-out, or introduction of point mutations. Mutations present in patient-derived iPSC lines can be corrected with the same approach to generate isogenic controls avoiding background-related variability in the screenings.
