User guide: Ncyte® Astrocytes

Ncyte^® Astrocytes are human iPSC-derived astrocytes that express the key identity markers and support co-culture with human iPSC-derived neurons. They can be used to model neuroinflammation, and for efficacy and safety screenings in drug discovery.

This protocol covers thawing, seeding and culturing of the Ncyte^® Astrocyte cells. Please make sure to read the entire User Guide carefully before you start thawing and culturing Ncyte^® Astrocytes.
