User guide: Ncyte® Cortical Neuron Kit

Ncyte^® cortical neurons can be used as monocultures, or in co-culture with iPSC-derived astrocytes and microglia to recapitulate aspects of physiological development and brain function. This model is highly suitable for drug discovery for neurodegenerative disease, in vitro neurotoxicity assays and disease modeling.
