Discover Ncyte® Plate-Ready vCardiomyocytes

Human induced pluripotent stem cell (hiPSC)-derived ventricular cardiomyocytes provide a reliable in vitro system for mechanistic analysis, as well as drug safety and efficacy screening. Ncyte® Plate-ready vCardiomyocytes offer the same functional characteristics as standard Ncyte® cardiomyocytes but are delivered in an assay-ready format, eliminating the need for a multi-day pre-culture step and enabling faster experimental setup. 

Ncyte® Plate-ready vCardiomyocytes are fully functional and electrophysiologically active ventricular-like cardiomyocytes compatible with a wide range of functional assays such as MEA electrophysiology, imaging-based assays, contractility measurements, metabolic studies, and cardiotoxicity screening.
