User guide Ncyte® vCardiomyocytes

Ncyte® Plate-ready vCardiomyocytes are fully functional human iPSC-derived ventricular cardiomyocytes, produced through a defined differentiation process using induced pluripotent stem cells. They express key cardiac markers such as cardiac Troponin T (cTnT) and MLC2v, reflecting a ventricular-like phenotype. Ncyte® Plate-ready vCardiomyocytes are compatible with functional assays including multielectrode array (MEA) electrophysiology and immunocytochemistry workflows.
